What’s Covered:

  • Free Freon: Whether your system uses 410A or R22, our service contract covers all freon needs—no extra charges, ever.
  • Comprehensive Component Coverage: Our contract includes full coverage for a wide range of parts, ensuring your system runs smoothly all year round. This includes:
    • All boards in your heaters, air conditioners, heat pumps, and geotherms
    • Fan motors, including variable speed blower motors and inducer motors
    • All types of thermostats, from basic models to programmable and Wi-Fi-enabled versions
    • Contactors, capacitors, relays, and dryers
    • Heater parts, fan limit switches, surface igniters, blower motors, and even blower wheels
    • Condensate pumps to prevent water damage and system malfunctions
  • Annual Maintenance and Filters: Enjoy two thorough check-ups per year, with filter replacements included—no matter the type or size of filter you use. We’ll remind you to schedule your check-ups and can even accommodate evenings or weekends at no extra charge.

What’s Not Covered:

While our contract covers almost everything, there are four specific items that are not included:

  1. Compressor: Located in your outdoor unit, the compressor typically has one of the longest warranties in your system. If it needs replacement, labor charges will apply, although we’ll assist with any warranty paperwork.
  2. Heat Exchanger: Found in gas furnaces, the heat exchanger is another part with a long warranty. Should it crack and require replacement, labor charges apply, but we’ll help manage the warranty process.
  3. Indoor Coil: The indoor coil for your heat pump or air conditioner is not covered for replacement under the contract. If it leaks, we’ll repair it at no charge, but replacement costs are extra.
  4. Outdoor Coil: Similarly, the outdoor coil on your air conditioner is not covered for replacement. We’ll repair it if possible, but replacement is not included.

One of the unique benefits of our service contract is that you can purchase it at any time—even after a breakdown occurs. Whether it’s a holiday or a regular day, we offer the same price for our contract, and your breakdown will be covered under it.
